WEATHERING THE STORM

I didn't manage to get any pictures of Koa's birth, so instead, I've been trying to capture the sensations and experiences of it through painted images.

 Alexis was my rock during the hard stage of active labor. My focus was inward and I was alone in my body with the contractions, but having my man next to me to lean on and support me, provided tremendous strength and relief.
