Koa's birthday came and went and I found myself deep in a haze of nostalgia. The smells and sensations of summer sent me right back to a year ago-- to his peaceful arrival earthside and the glorious days afterwards when everything was new and bright and raw.
Summer is for loving. And for new babes. And for long baths and soaking up all the sweetness that life puts on our plates. <3
